Returns Policy

Please Note:

- Items must be returned in original condition to be accepted as a return.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition.

- Returns that are worn, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted back for a refund.

- Items must be returned with despatch note in original packing with Raging Bull tags attached.

- No refund will be given without a despatch note or other proof of purchase.

For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable refund the following products:

(Unless faulty)

- Underwear

- Swimwear

- Face masks

- Hats 

Original postage charges are not refundable except for faulty or incorrectly received items.




You are able to exchange items directly through our online portal within 14 days of receipt of goods, subject to stock availability in your chosen style and colour. For any items that are not available for exchange, we will refund the original value of your initial purchase. If there is a price difference between your original purchase and your exchange, we will contact you for payment or in the case of a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original payment method. 


Time to process returns

We will try to process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to action your request. 


Cost in returning items


For all UK returns there is no carrier charge for returning your item for any reason, you may however be charged a re-stocking fee for any non-faulty items that are returned to us not in their original condition.  Items that have been exchanged once are no longer eligible for free return. Should you need to return an exchanged item, you will be liable for the cost of postage.

For International returns, where you wish to return an item that is not faulty or defective, you are liable to pay for the cost of returning the item to us. In addition, any extra costs incurred in processing your exchange or refund is at the company’s discretion.

We know that from time to time things don't quite work out as expected, so we've made it easy to send your items back to us if anything isn't right.

*Please note, that if you have purchased items as part of a multi-buy offer or in conjunction with other discounts, then the amount shown in our refunds portal may differ from the actual amount refunded to your original payment method. Please see our full returns terms and conditions for further information.
